Welcome to TRI IT NOW, a site geared towards newbie Triathletes....and would-be triathletes!  The goal is to provide a guide and some resources for those who would like to pursue their interest in multi-sports. 

We have a series of clinics, co-ed and for women only, designed to give people an overview of triathlon.  The clinics cover many aspects of training and racing.

Our mini triathlons are intended to introduce adults and young people to the fun and the challenge of this sport.  The first event was held for five years as the Labor Day Triathlon in Mclean, Virginia.  We moved to Manassas, VA in 2003 as our race grew.  You can see some photos of our fun on this website.  This is a good introduction to triathlon for newbies, and a warmup race for those with experience...and if you've already got lots of experience, come and share it with us by volunteering to help run the event--it's great FUN!
