(25 minutes west of the Washington, D.C. Capital Beltway)
Advance registration is required.
Capacity is limited.  Sign up early!

 
This clinic is intended to provide an introduction to the sport of triathlon. We'll talk about the procedures and rules of the race.  We will also cover the preparation needed to get you ready for the event.  Appropriate for beginners and those who have raced only a few times.

Clinic fee includes:

  • Half-day clinic (with snacks)
  • Held at of one of best exercise facilities in Northern Virginia: The Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center
  • Personalized attention in small-group setting with  Coaches certified by USA Triathlon and NESTA
  • Great goody bag filled with samples provided by our sponsors, Tri It Now, and Kids-Tri.com
     
  • $10 discount on the entry fee for Kids Tri Too, youth triathlon on 5/31/09
     
  • Printed materials to accompany the clinic
  • Networking with others interested in multisport racing
