11:15       Swim Workshop  

12:45       Lunch and Group Discussion

2:00         Presentation on Weights, Nutrition, Coaching, etc.

2:30         Bike Presentation

3:00        Tire changing workshop

3:20         Race “talk-through”, including transitions and rules
