This is a mini-triathlon for ages 10 to 100 which includes very short distances
in each of the
3 sports:
250 yard swim (pool)
4.5 mile bike ride
1.5 mile run
all distances are approximate
This race is a great place to
try a triathlon so that
you can learn first-hand just how much fun it is to participate in
multi-sport events! Anyone age 10 through adult is welcome to participate.
Awards ceremony, snacks, and
massage following the race.
Chip timing.
T-shirts to
all finishers.
Award Categories (male and female): First 3 places overall ,
10-12, 13-15, 16-19 &
Five year age-groups from 20 to 60+
