| This day is intended to give you the background, tools, and motivation to give it a
tri. Appropriate for beginners and those with some triathlon experience. Clinic fee includes:
- FREE entry to one Tri It Now Triathlon* in 2010
(*Tune Up Tri, Manassas Mini Tri, or Summer Super
Sprint)
- Full-day clinic (with lunch and plenty of snacks)
- Held at of one of best exercise facilities in Northern Virginia: The Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center
- Personalized attention in small-group workshops with USA Triathlon Certified
Coaches
- As a follow-up to clinic, each participant will be sent individualized guidelines for creating a training program and training objectives for the 2010 season based on the coaches'
observations and evaluations during the day
- Huge goody bag filled with samples provided by our sponsors and a gift from Tri It Now
- Printed materials to accompany the clinic
