the clinic will include 2
meetings:
Thursday evening, July 22, 2010
and
Sunday, July 25 from 8:30 to 4:30

This day will be a workshop-style clinic...a training day with lots of
detailed info to discuss...more hands on and more in-depth than our introductory clinics. Participants will have the benefit of
small-group workshops with professional coaches.
Come and take the next step with us.Be ready to improve your tri-skills this season!
Fee includes:
- Training and racing guidance and tips for those
who have attended a Tri It Now Clinic (or Her Tri
Clinic) or for athletes who have competed in several
triathlons in the past.
- Personalized attention in small-group workshops with USA
Triathlon Certified Coaches
- 1 evening clinic (including snacks) AND 1 full
day (including lunch)
- Held at of one of best exercise facilities in Northern Virginia:
The Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center
- A swim analysis including above water and
underwater video
- hands-on training plan preparation
