This is a mini-triathlon for ages 10 to 100 which includes very short distances
in each of the 3 sports (click on each for description):
250 yard swim (in a pool)
4 mile bike ride
1.4 mile run
all distances are approximate

Transition Area

This race is a great place to try a triathlon so that you can learn first-hand just how much fun it is to participate in multi-sport events!  Anyone age 10 through adult is welcome to participate.  Awards ceremony, snacks, and massage following the race. Race morning bike support provided by Haymarket Bicycles.  T-shirts to all entrants. 
Tri It Now gift to all finishers.

Award Categories (male and female):  First 3 places overall,
10-12, 13-15, 16-19 &
Five year age-groups from 20 to 60+
ALSO:   Open Division for Physically Challenged*

RUNNING SHOE RECYCLING PROGRAM

As part of that effort, we will collect your re-usable old running shoes for recycling.
Bring your old running shoes (laces tied together) to packet pickup or to the race
and we will donate them to One World Running.
