Run Course      

MAP

Start:  Freedom Center parking lot

• Exit transition area on side nearest building, turning right as you exit the transition area

• go to the end of the building and turn left

• again go the end of the building and turn left onto the service road that goes behind the building.

• at the end of the service road, use the mulched path to continue circling the building until you reach the sidewalk beside George Mason Circle

• continue to right turn on the sidewalk just before the first building

• Follow the signs and the sidewalk  as it goes along behind the university buildings and leads you around the last building

• turn right on the sidewalk along George Mason Circle

• continue into parking lot (of Hylton Performing Arts Center), turn right and run along the perimeter of the parking lot (in a counter-clockwise direction)

• when you have completed the rectangular perimeter of the parking lot, you'll be back on George Mason Circle

• Continue ON SIDEWALK all the way back toward the Freedom Center

• continue to the finish line in the road (George Mason Circle) between the transition area (on your right) and the picnic tent (on your left)
